1. How do I register on Buy Sell Medical?
Go to Buy Sell Medical Home Page and click on the “Get Registered” button on the right-hand side (desktop) & on the bottom (phone). Fill in the required fields as per instructions and complete your registration.
2. What are the things should I keep in mind while registering?
- Please provide the correct information about yourself.
- Give your correct mobile number so that the user can be verified
- Uploading a product photograph is compulsory and should be clear.
3. How do I login to my account?
On the home page, you will find the login section next to the registration button(desktop) & on phone at the bottom bar next to submit the Ad button.
4. How to post an ad?
- Step 1 -Go to your dashboard and click on the “POST SINGLE AD” button on the left-hand side (desktop) & at the bottom of the page next to logout button (phone)
- Step 2- Choose a category.
- Step3- Fill the ad details with photo and click submit an ad
- Step4- Choose the circulation according to your preference or you can skip.
- Step5- Click proceed to check out and place the order.
- (Ad will be posted and it can be viewed in the dashboard
5. How can I edit/delete my Ad?
On your Dashboard, you will find an icon of ‘My Ads’. Click on that icon and all your ads will be visible to you. You can now edit or delete your advertisement or marked as sold.
6. How do I contact the other users?
In the ‘View all ad’ section on the homepage, you can have a look at all the advertisements. The other person can be contacted through a message the notification of which will also be sent to your registered email id.
7. How do I save someone’s Ads?
Open the ad of the person you want to save. Click on the “WATCH LATER BUTTON”. On the top right side of the ad(desktop) & on the down left side next to send an email (phone). Now, the ad is saved and you can view your saved ad on your dashboard in “WATCH LATER BUTTON”.
8. How do I buy circulation?
On your Dashboard, you will find an icon of “BUY CIRCULATIONS” Click on that icon on the top right side (desktop) and on the phone top side. Book a slot for your ad and place the order.
9. Can I post multiple ads from one account?
Yes, you can post multiple ads. On your dashboard, you will find an icon of ‘ POST MULTIPLE AD ’ on the top right side next to the logout button. Click on that icon. You can now purchase packages according to your requirements.
10. How can I recover my password?
Once you go to the login page you will find a ‘RESET YOUR PASSWORD” icon below the login credentials tab. Kindly click on that and your password will be sent to your registered email id.
11. How can I change my password?
Log in to your account. On your dashboard, click on the ‘Profile Setting’ button next to the follower and you will find the “UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD” password option on the down site and know you can change your password.
